Everyone who doesn't try. By writing (with a pencil) aren't you drawing letters? Aren't you adapting shapes to fit within lines and squares? Drawing is just a matter of being aware of things you have been doing since childhood. All kids can draw. How do they lose this ability? I do sometimes have problems understanding "normal" people.
