Found this over on youtube. This is not my primary forum, so I don't know if it has been seen or not. Guy does commissions as well, so maybe we can make something of this.

As an animator, the biggest glaring issue I can see is that the fingers move way too slow and there is a sudden hold when each finger is at the top of its arc. I'd smooth out the tops of the arcs and have the sudden holds only when the fingers hit the table.

Yeah the fingers look very robotic. They lack the fluidity of natural motion.
