I was randomly watching this anthology sci-if series on channel 4 last night, (having just got back from watching blade runner 2049!).

So I think it's episode 4, and Steve Buscemi's character works on a "chimera farm" where porcine and human genetics are combined for medical research to extend lifespans and replace organs etc.

One of the fully grown chimera characters pops in and out of the episode a bit. There's no process at all but she features fairly decent effects and prosthetics. Check it out if you're interested.
