I saw that this image had been posted to a group that I follow a while back. Basically, it's a fairly in-depth look at what it looks like when a penis morphs into a vagina during TG sequences. I'd issue a warning, but considering where we are, it'd be pretty pointless.

Here's another sequence that shows the process from a different angle.
