Looks like copywrite caught up to it, which sucks because manga especially is really hard to get a hold of in English.

You can search for an english transition manga at MangaHere.com. It has all the english language writing for most of the series. I use it to read and save Gunslinger Girls pages from time to time and I didn't had a single problem since.
