Is coming up on a Weight gain and a Preggers TF soon. You can see the start of the wight gain in the bottom-right corner of page 4 here:

And after her Weight Gain the woman in the swimsuit (2nd from the right in the first panel) will be undergoing a pregnancy TF. Not actually becoming pregnant (Sorry Test-0

) but just getting the large belly and other acoutrements of pregnancy.
