if it's OK to make another request along the fruit and veggie line I'd like to see Claire Redfield with a Carrot Nose and Cindy Lennox with Tomato Boobs, if not then that's OK

Sudden rapid aging, for any reason, does not mean your clothes grow. Unless magical stretchy clothes apply- which they do for some people.
