I found it last week too, after 30min translating text i found it:

Its called うしむすめ ((Daughter ox) google translate)
and can be found inside 野蛮の園 (Garden of savage)

Hello! Looking for a picture of three or more girls turning into pigs.

The picture was based on Mute's story, Sanctuary.

Not sure who the artist was, but the original picture was incomplete and partially abandoned.

However, there was a colored finished version! Errr, anyone know what I'm talking about?
