If someone is interested here is the full Vol.01 in Japanese, it features the complete PE and the Charm, but for now I'll post it here, until I start posting other PEs.

I think it is no longer there because the owner of Megaupload was arrested on criminal charges for racketeering and being a #1 shooter in MW3. Google it.
