My thoughts exactly. This might be the best artwork I've seen in a TG comic.

entertaining sequence/story, admittedly i found myself fast forwarding a bit as i found some of the time frames between switching between some panels was a little slow.
Then again i do this on alot of shows in general so maybe it's just me.

Ahhh... the beauty of the fast forward button. I find myself doing that from time to time. I think we're all getting used to not wanting to sit around and wait for things as much as we used to. I built out the short this way to make sure I felt there was enough time to register the dialogue or images, but to also make sure the music w/ the visuals helped set a certain mood or tone throughout.

Thanks for the feedback

Although I too would like to see it as still images, I must applaud- the pacing definitely works in this piece's favour. Where might I be able to read the original story upon which this is based?

Re: Mako Collection: Dead Men Tell No Tales

This is without comparison, the best tg piece I have ever seen. I look forward to Paradox Alice even more.

Watching you continue to grow and thrive as a story-teller has been my best experience on this forum, moreso than any carnal pleasures I might enjoy through the art form.

I'm sure you hear it a lot, but you got some real digs.

Best thing I've seen since Maid to Order. And I didn't have to pay for this one! Thank you very much for posting this Mako.

I must say,
One of the best sequences I've seen in a long while. Loved every second of it.
Bravo!

First off - thanks Sphore, jariah, Katsumend and CupOfRamen. Katizua and I very much appreciate the wonderful responses we've been getting

The original story isn't available online as it's really just a simple story I wrote years ago as a kid on a notepad (along with boxes of other stories I've never quite got around to transferring to my CPU). Maybe one day I'll do this - as I've gotten a lot of requests (but I really need to finish PARADOX ALICE - which is my big TF TG movie - first).

I've been going back to many of my older short stories for some of the Mako Collection collaborations I've been doing with artists (including Katizua, blackshirtboy, and Mr. DNA). And there's still more to come

Re: Mako Collection: Dead Men Tell No Tales

You know, I really like all of these Mako sequences, but I get more of a feel for them in comic strip/sequence form than as videos. They just take a bit longer to "read" as videos, so I might get a little impatient... But I do like the videos, especially the live action ones!

There need to be more werewoman TG sequences!!

A TG sequence is not a TG sequence without process and a clothes change!
