I'm not sure if anyone is interested but i found a site that has alot of Before/After art i've attached an image below as an example if your interested in seeing more i'll post the address when i have a little more time.

I like process, but a before/after where you can tell a change occured is great too.

The site is not the original source. It is just a location for the artists to post their works (There are links to the artists' webpages under some of the pictures)

There are links to the artists' webpages, but a good deal of the artists don't focus on TG art and many of them don't have any TG or other transformation art on their pages at all.

I was more wondering if it was the official collecting place. I get the feeling that quite a few of these reference games/manga/dating sims which I haven't encountered.

It looks like this post has all or most of the Before/After images, sorted by artist. The individual posts are filed here, along with some text posts that I assume are spin-off stories.

I found a story, and though google translator does a terrible job clearing it up, it does give general clues as to the story.

The main character is the average "no luck with women" type. He meets an old woman, and I'm not sure how it happens (I believe he drinks a vial and falls asleep with his possessions missing) he wakes up as a woman in an alleyway. He, now she, wanders the city until she meets a man. He takes her back to his apartment/motel-room, and they have sex. All the while she's describing the sensations of her new body.

That's all I got. Pretty neat stuff. I believe she enjoys sex as a woman so much that she decides to stay as one. Though, I could be wrong.
