Cluedog is always awesome, but this piece doesn't do it for me. Too much process and not enough reaction (which he is superb at).

The first change is into Captain Alvida before she ate the Slip-Slip Fruit, then after she ate the Devil Fruit, then into Nami, Vivi, Nico Robin, "Iron Cage" Hina, Perona, Whitey Bay (both ages as young as old) and finally Boa Hancock.
