I don't think I've seen this mentioned here... there's a pretty fun Russian movie out now. Here's a trailer, and there's a pretty big thread about it on Metamorphose.org.

You can watch it here http://kinokrad.net/281187-polnoe-prevraschenie.html but I don't think this will ever be subtitled by a company for foreign release unfortunately.

If you use chrome, after it loads right click and translate to english to navigate easier but pretty much click the big orange hollow play button.

I don't speak Russian but the transformation scenes are like if you adjusted an old tv they sort of faze out with colored bars then back in on the new form. Unfortunately most (nearly all) of the scenes are off camera. You can use it change anyone though not just yourself.

The device scans people into a saved database and anyone in the database can be changed into anyone else in the database at any range. The persons strength doesn't change so the changes seem to be visual and voice only like its a holographic projector or something except the people themselves don't even know they look or sound different unless someone tells them. Mirrors reflect the real person too for some reason. The story makes almost no sense if you don't speak Russian. I image some creative people could use these TFs as gifs for captions or something and they would turn out alright.

At around 50:00 the guy drops the device and breaks it some so it glitches out and randomly changes people in the database to other random people. Right before the last scene he drops it and destroys it completely and everyone returns to normal after changing a bunch but it only shows the main character.

All the on screen transformations, bold is by far the best scene.
14:00 (old scientist to main character and back as a demonstration)
20:20 (main character to black woman, other white guy to white woman and they dance)
43:35 (main character to black woman)
1:00:00 (main guy becomes his mom while on a moped)
1:02:30 (secretary woman becomes mom then thug then different woman)
1:03:35 (hot woman to bald man to mom which is who she is originally)
1:08:50 (guy back to himself as main character)
1:10:30 (thug to old woman)
1:14:00 (shifts through most the saved characters but the old woman is the only female in the bunch)
