Black Widow almost certainly was affected off screen during that episode...and given the amount of Shield agents affected I'd Hill would have fit right along...that and I love her character design. Both wear catsuits which have incredibly effective (and easy to draw) burst potential... Only issue was figuring out what sort of TF. The gamma stuff was pretty random freak, hulk, or insect/animal...Natasha could be fun with a spider theme, still on the fence on what to use as Hill's TF...
