searching real hard for a particular story

hey, have been searching for this story for a 3 or 4 days now and can't find it.

Story involves a woman who is selected by a billionaire who offers her some large sum of cash if she will come to some remote location for a year and isolate herself and get increasingly larger implants with an experimental procedure that involves this cream that loosens the skin. She has to stay there for a year or some time. She has a friend that can come and be her confidant. The friend accepts another offer from a different millionaire, which involves her submitting to a procedure where she gets multiple breast (six, like a cat, I'm pretty sure.) WHAT IS THE NAME OF THIS!? It may be paid content, and I am vool with paying again.

Man, I am sorry for not remembering that story. I was one of the judges.

I thought it sounded familiar, but I had completely forgotten it was a part of a story contest.
