That would be Anna Williams' ending from Tekken 5. It shows her and her sister Nina on the set of a midevil film. Anna manages to destroy her armor to humiliate her.

Nina's ending shows the other side of the story. No unexpected nudity, but funny nonetheless.

After months of searching I finally found the lost manga that Shadow00000 mentioned back when this thread gat started.

"Shiritsu Sairyou Koukou Chou Nouryokubu" (Sairyo Private High School ESP Club)

Found the first scene, it's a few pages ahead of this one, but this is pretty much where the scene begins.
