Divinity Original Sin 2 Polymorpher Class

So, I got to play DOS 2 at PAX this year (which was a lot of fun) and we we're guided through the character creation process. Sadly, most things we're selected for you, so you couldn't change things like race (I got the female elf). But, we could change our character classes and while I was going through the options I noticed a 'polymorpher' class. So, being curious I tried it out...and it was awesome!

You start off the game with a few abilities, such as being able to grow a set of bulls horns and charge at people. You can also turn your arm into a tentacle and use it as whip. The most fun though was turning people into chickens (temporarily), which would make them angry and attack you...but, you could always turn them back into a chicken again while you're friend gets out a fire staff and a bottle of bbq sauce (kidding about the sauce).

The game is in early access so it's available to play. Sadly, I don't think the polymorpher class has been added to the current public build of the game yet. Still, it's very promising and there are likely other abilities as well once released.

Are they going with structured classes now or can you pick the Polymorpher skills with anyone granted you have the designated skill level for it? Would be neat to combine spells and see what crazy outcomes you can get.
