There's been a lack of stuff around here for a while and I'm not sure if we attribute it to new stuff not being made, Japanese artists blocking foreign IPs, or people just aren't looking.

Well, I went looking.

The 3 part and 4 part sequences attached below were found on a Japanese imageboard that's dedicated to WG, or at least, FA anime art. Recently it seems to be nothing but Touhou characters.

The series of Month by Month Pregnancy Pics was found in Sankaku Complex's image system thingy. It's the only one that really had process.
They also had a Pregnant Ero Gallery article a little while back if you demand MOAR.

Also, if you don't mind furry art, there's the artist Expandrew on Furaffinity who has drawn various Weight Gain Sequences, Butt Expansion, and Breast expansion. Flip through his gallery. There's too many links and pics to post here.

Similarly, there's also DarkZuri who does a lot of pregnancy art and some interesting projects where she'll poll the audience for what happens next.
