Arctic Heart / Le Secret des banquises
saw it listed in the makeup gallery so i looked it up.
Silently and hopelessly in love with brilliant and egotistical Professor Quignard, the shy Christophine has been pursuing her PhD at his research lab for eight years. Now, the professor and his team are on the verge of making a discovery that will rock the world of science and medicine: the key to universal immunity through 'ppm', a miracle penguin protein. All they are missing is approval from the funding board to begin human testing. In a crazy gesture to finally get her beloved's attention, Christophine injects herself with the compound, thereby, becoming the first ever human test subject. Instantly, Christophine, whose name he didn't even know, becomes the center of Quignard's focus, as he and his ever-devoted lab rat secretly embark on one far-fetched experiment protocol after another. until it becomes clear that immunity could be triggered by... lovemaking! from what i can tell she starts to turn into a penguin trailer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nQhUIC9eRuk a french dub https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2y4TeH8jmo

super yawn....just another french art film, at the very very end shes in some white body paint and her eyebrows are covered up to make her look smoother, plus the whole movie is the misconception about penguins living in the antarctic for her needing to be freezing ass cold all the time. If she was actually going to be a penguin she would have gained like 100lbs of blubber on her skinny ass body.

Lol no doubt, I actually had to look up info on french film making and over there they consider it "true art" and heavily funded by the government so that explains why the characters are so painfully bland and terrible story and your supposed to view the film as like an oil painting in a museum

I guess that's why their horror films are usually pretty good (stuff like Ils, Martyrs, Inside, Irreversible, etc), almost like a transgressive response to this philosophy.
