It actually seems like it'd be a drug to make someone turned-on. The guy probably took it by mistake and (since he was already horny to begin with), he.. well.. got a huge boner.

Don't forget he applies the drug to her mouth making it able to take a decent amount of his dick. That is another clue that it is a drug that manipulates the body causing growth or stretching.

There is more than just being turned on. Telling by video, he is not normally that big. He got a dose on himself and his penis grew.

Perhaps that's because, if you look at the first post, this is an incredibly old thread. People have already pointed out that this is a necro thread. And it's fairly well known, to those that read, that a lot of the older attachments were deleted during the forum move.
