I don't know if this falls into the same category, but it can't hurt to throw it in. This is the small version (the only one I can share) of a sequence a friend made for fun.

OK... seems it wasn't quite right. No harm in trying.

Unless I'm wrong, the TF suggested/asked about here is not a feral horse TF.

It's more or less a female "hulk-style" werehorse. Humanoid with Hulk-like anatomy.

I think you got it wrong. Though he mentions the Hulk as what got him interested in TF in the first place, feral horse TF is very clearly on the menu considering the story he linked to earlier.

TF-Viewer is correct. I referenced The Hulk for the style of transformation only. Sorry for the confusion!

Though I also like the idea of other emotional triggers. Especially fear could be a nice trigger for a herbivore I think.

Indeed! :P It's an emotional trigger which a lot of people can relate to I think, which is what makes it feel so natural.

I'm currently investigating potential animators for this project. I found this short animation of a human female to mare backside transformation (NSFW): http://www.furaffinity.net/view/17114021/

I have to admit; I'm not the biggest fan of the style and they are crude sketches, but depending on the price of the artist and the amount of frames I can split this project into multiple parts with each part giving us a different view of the changing subject in full detail.

Does anyone know of any animators who could be willing to undertake something like this?

I'm open to the idea, but I can't shake the feeling it would feel like a downgrade. :P
