The Lycanthrope Club
Currently 2 books are available of what may be an ongoing series. There aren't many illustrations, most are black and white, there is some descriptive process. It's cheerleaders turning into werewolves. http://www.daemoneye.net/novels.html

Re: The Lycanthrope Club
This story has been kicking around in various forms for over a decade. The author claims that the previous versions that were posted to DeviantArt (amongst other places) represent only "first drafts", despite largely being published as complete stories without any hint that they were "only drafts". This latest publication is akin to George Lucas's constant revisions of the original Star Wars trilogy; as a reader, it makes me a little wary.
It is nonetheless one of the best werewolf stories I've ever read, and I encourage everyone to do so. It perhaps won't appeal to those who like the "feral aggressive monster wolf" kind of transformation, though.
