Chapters 13-15 were released together in the 2014 Spring issue of Transwitch Magazine. This came out late Feb, so the scans should be up soon, I'd expect.

Korean chapter 14 scanlation is out. Unfortunately, since I know 0% Korean, I can only make out some info from the images.

Clearly the younger sibling is very upset about turning into a boy, and the main character finally reveals to that sibling that she is 100% female. Fortunately the images don't show any horrible stuff, and do show the MC being supportive to her sibling by showing that she understands and went through changes herself.

I wonder (and hope) if instead of giving oral, the MC showed her sibling how to fap, since the MC saw the other boys do it in the sleepover?

As for the ending:
Seems like Nozomu switches places with his sister/brother, his friend apparently discovers his secret (?) and he will seemingly live on as a girl.

I would have preferred at least one more chapter showing how they are, a year or so later.

BTW the siblings are 1 year apart in age, and hence in different school years, so one would except differences in knowledge.
