Dr. Slump Arale-Chan animal transformations
In Episode 12 of Dr.Slump and Arale-Chan Dr.Slump invents a ray gun capable of changing anybody into anything you tell it. Dr.Slump tests his gun on Gatchan by transforming the baby into a pig. Then he changes the baby back to normal. Dr.Slump hands the device to arale-chan she changes the doctor into a frog. The episode can be seen on youtube. But there are no subtitles for it. Oh man... I remember reading Dr. Slump manga way back on high school... had no idea there was a TV series.
