Deleting my account

I'm sorry to use this, but I tried contacting the "Contact Us" email but it only returned my email saying the account was not in use. I'm trying to delete my account, but there is no way from the account page. Anyone that can help it would be appreciated. Sorry to have to put this in the general forum, but I couldn't figure out any way else.
