Advice from a Caterpillar
There's a scene in Alice in Wonderland that intrigues me. It's not the GTS or shrinking, but the bizarre morphing of Alice. The Long neck, and her head/foot combination. These are the only two pics of the head/foot I could find.

I like that uneven growth stuff, this version of the story has a sequence like that but the clip was removed from youtube awhile back:
