If your into head transformation and arn't one to be queasy there is a lot of interesting process in the manga known as "PaRaSiTe". For those of you who haven't herd of it it's a story about alien parasites that come to earth and take over peoples bodies. The main character is infected but the parasite only controls his right hand. The bad guys in the story however use there heads as weapons and things. Lots of process so if your interested you should check it out.

I think the name of the American translation of "PaRaSiTe" is spelled Parasyte. I read up on the wiki-page, their is a Anime too, and the aliens are depicted as nether bad or good, but generaly lacking emoutions or a concept of morality. So do develop emoutionaly and morality(often with their own ideas on what is acceptable) while others don't. As a result some kill only bad people, while others make no distinction, the Hero befriends on only to have to Kill him because he goes on killing sprees when people find out his secret because he doesn't understand discretion (he kills them in the open, then kills the witnesses, and kills the witnesses of those killings, and you get it). Another, a female, becomes a scientist and tries to find out her species origins.

this reminds me. any of you guys ever see the old MTV show The Head.(im not sure if that was its name.) about a dude with a purple alien living in his giant ass head. his girlfriend even has a green alien take over her head. it was really really freaking wierd show.
