I also imported. But to use any of the microtransactions (like this lotion) you'd need an account set up in the region the game is from. The NA PSN store doesn't have the game or items but a Hong Kong account would see it in their PSN store. I'm not going to all the trouble just to add extra jiggle temporarily.

The lotions are free, you just buy them in the sports shop. Paying really at this moment is guarantee the girls accepting items, like the strip teases.

So apparently there is BE in this as well as butt expansion. Found a note for the patch and this was included:

■ Softening Gel – Increases breast bounce.
■ Softening Lotion – Increases breast size.
■ Softening Oil – Increases butt bounce.
■ Softening Liquid – Increases butt size.
■ Hardening Gel – Decreases breast bounce.
■ Hardening Lotion – Decreases breast size.
■ Hardening Oil – Decreases butt bounce.
■ Hardening Liquid – Decreases butt size.
■ Natural Oil – Resets to default conditions.

Well I've been going over Honoka with the butt expansion. The main thing I noticed is her curve seems longer, not her ass sticking out more.

I was lucky enough to have an import, the PS4 version has all of these. the Vita is, unfortunately, limited to changing bounce.
