Trying to use a US credit card to buy hentai on a japanese site

So I'm trying to buy hentia off of one of these two site:

https://www.cmoa.jp/

The thing is that while with the first site I was able to make one purchase it has sense said that my region is invalid and won't let me use my credit card anymore. The second site is asking for a Japanese credit card. Dose anyone have suggestions on what I should do?
