This is one I'm surprised I never saw on here. This is from Dokuro Chan episode 1 where the main character takes the halo away from Dokuro and it causes her to become old and wrinkled (though not really shown in process). When she snatches the halo back from him she regresses back to her younger self. There is quick plumping up of both her legs and her breasts (Both animated very nicely for how quick they go by)

Eh, I wouldn't really say that's age progression, but more like drying up like a raisin while an extreme case of diarrhea takes hold, but I can see where the mix up comes from.
