This looks very interesting.

Essentially a witch cuts her hair too short so she uses a spell to grow her hair. But things get out of control and her hair starts to fill the school. ^^

Seeing that the way the story goes and how long the manga is compared to a movie, it is impossible to follow the same ending. I do like the movie as an alternative to the manga.

But the news report was just silly, along with some of the sound effects.

Maybe not exactly the kind of hair TF you're looking for, but Hmm! just finished drawing the sequence of a woman drinking a potion and losing all of her hair:

There will be another one in a few pages of a different woman drinking the opposite potion and having her hair grow down to the floor and then some.

The series also features TF, that's why I didn't post it here. The other girl in Love Ru has similar hair skills, but the series is still running, there is no much point making a compilation now.
