and there is Mighty Avengers where Ultron took over Iron man Suit and somehow became Female Ultron

i assume you want to know which issue Iron man became Ultron , it happened in Mighty Avengers #1 , it sucked big time , here i'll attach the process ( if you can call it that )

This is on my high list, has it continued. Can you buy it? Is the story worth it? It is good like Alpha Sasquatch story, where he remains in his female form for 2 years or is it lame like Babe Watch from Image Comics.

that story arc is from issue #1 till issue #6

wish she kept that female form someway but it seem its forgotten

i never read babe watch so i have idea about it , but its short ( 6 issues ) and the revert back to Tony is worse than the way he became female ultron
