Fairy Tail 18 (Offsite)
Episode 18 of Fairy Tail contains the transformation of a female shapeshifter disguised as a male back into her original form. A very quick process, but not a poof. This happens at about 14:40.

There is no FtM as of yet. I would guess we will see this character again in the future. As far as Crunchy Roll goes you can usually watch shows for free 1 week after they are posted.

Mm I think she has control over time so thats just her as an old lady... I havent watched any of the episodes but if its what I think, it should be that girl with that guy with the tatoo on his face.....

I believe he is referred to as a he a few times in earlier episodes. Has a very masculine voice, but who knows with anime.
