I have a wierd feeling it's not TG, unless you have more. The guy who opens the door to find the girl looks like the same guy in the first few panels. It's hard to tell. I guess then it would seem the guy was crossdressing then had a wierd reaction(making it look like process. I could be wrong, but it is suspicious(appears to be read left to right as well)

Bodyswap by the looks of it. The 'guy' says "Where are my(feminine) boobs?" then going to see the 'girl' who has probably been doing something dirty 'he' says "Give me back my body."

Comes to me as if it's a double TG (gender-swap, but not body swap) since the (new?) guy's wearing the female garments right pre-reaction there.
