Trouble Evocation, adapted from the manga series made by Ruuen Rouga, however in reality it was just an aphrodisiac, in the anime it rips through the guy's pants, and he goes berserker, I believe it was changed to suit many of the hentai standards, particulary "it must include rape".

The hentai anime was subbed and shouldn't be too hard to find, albeit being from the '90.
