Plenty of opportunity for inflating/enfattening goodness here. Jabba could have something to do with Leia's TF, if the artist chooses. (No, not THAT way. Get that dirty little thought right out of your head. )

Leia is indeed a Skywalker. She's just never referred to as such as she did not grow up with the knowledge of who she was.

Don't get me started on the inconsistencies between the films and the books though. Then I'll have fully unveiled my geekery.

While hutts are indeed hermaphroditic gender does exist within their culture. Because their genitals do not define which gender they will most likely identify with, gender is a conscious decision left to the individual.

After marriage or adoption though you may take on another name but you never give up your previous name.

At least that's the case in BC. Were Princess Leia British Columbian she could refer to herself as Skywalker, Organa or Solo and all would be legally appropriate. She would only have to apply for a legal change of name if she wanted to have multiple last names or amalgamate last names.
