The one time that I check 4chan. Somehow I feel like I have seen this before (not in english though). Although it features a bit of growth, it is more of AP in my book. If it has been posted before, tell me and I will delete the thread.

I've definetely seen this before, but I'm not exactly sure where I got it from. If Anything I'm 75%-85% sure that I found it in one of the zip files that involved DTG because it was attached to a file containing a comic about a girl, who I think is an alien, that had sex at school and that first time she did it (as an alien) she grew a penis and the boy turned into a girl. Afterwards, she just started sucking, I guess, the life-force out of male students and constantly got larger (growth oriented) until the boy-turned girl had to stop "it."
I think there was another comic in the zip file involving the same boy in the comic you posted where he has sex with, I think, either his mother or maid. Either way, she had a penis, and at the end she revealed to the boy that he had, what I assumed was, a vagina behing his scrotum.
If anything I probably found it in either the DTG thread or the BE manga list.

It was distributed in the same zip as Lewd Touch. Near the end of the file list Alphabetically.

I kind of like the concept in this-I found a comic at his site that also deals with schoolgirls growing to large proportions.

Though that 6th year comic has me perplexed at the ending. Did whatever the girls eat make them even bigger the next day? And of course the big question: where are all the teachers? It looks like the girls took over the school.

Btw, there were some pages to anoter AP comic bout these little girls who eat these tablets and then mature into teenagers-did anyone ever find what that was called, or where it came from? I'm also trying to find that one comic about the boy who was to babysit a little girl, only she drank something and matured before the boy's eyes (he eventually 'does' her, but ends up becoming a girl).
