I like both sketches a lot. :-D
Midori definitely comes across as evil; the "Kill" on her T-shirt goes a long way toward that. I like her dynamic pose, as though she is preparing to attack somebody. Although this may come across as an odd complaint, her breasts are a bit on the large side (playing for the "opposite of Subi-chan", she might best be flat-chested)
Now the leader... now that guy makes me think of GTO! Brawny, good-looking, and seemingly indifferent, with many a battle scar. I love the expressoin on his face, and his pose. Very good!
