There really wasn't that much to it -- it was totally played for laughs as opposed to sexuality (they weren't even showing any cleavage). It also helps that breasts are only secondary sexual characteristics anyway -- the censor probably wouldn't have let it pass if Jim had made a wish that resulted in the girls coming downstairs with huge camel toes visible in their pants, for example.

Yeah, ABC's been owned by Disney for years. But Disney's certainly not breast-
unfriendly. Heck, they're famous for having sent an entire generation of boys through puberty in the 1950s when they put Annette Funicello in a tight sweater on "The Mickey Mouse Club."
Come to think of it, the one show I regularly watch on ABC is "Pushing Daisies," which certainly has plenty of cleavage on display.
