I can't remember the last show on ABC or NBC that I've watched and aside from CSI and CSI:NY (not Miami though), CBS is pretty lacking as well.

Although, I'd have to say I don't expect much in the way of process. I think we'll see some fangs, some mussed up hair, yellow eyes, maybe some claws growing and maybe, just maybe an ear or two. But that's all I'll expect.

Maybe the anti-Fox angle is really an anti-broadcast TV angle and you want the show on HBO or Showtime or something like that. Especially considering the possibility of a more graphic TF (meaning nudity), but even then I'd almost guarantee that the process would still suck. Face it. They don't know or care about the TF community. They wonder why werewolf movies and shows fail and it's a simple case of not giving the people what they want.

Look at it this way. We're essentially "experts" at the TF genre here. We know what works and what doesn't. Chances are if we smell something bad about a TF themed production, the non-TF community will as well. The difference is that they won't know why it stinks. The non-TF community won't believe a TF story if they don't actually see the TF. We at least know how to fill in the blanks. They can't. Movies and TV producers have to realize that, but never will. Why do you think American Werewolf in London successfully crossed-over aside from being a solid movie? The TF scene was believable. If they threw a cheesy TF in there, no way would people have enjoyed the film as much because they would never have connected David and the wolf.

I'm interested in seeing if "Bitches" ever makes it to our TVs and of course I'll watch. But I have a feeling it will be yet another disappointment no matter who shows it and probably a short lived one at that.

By the way...sorry I strayed a little bit from the original point, but I had to say it.
No problem; in fact, I think you may have nailed it here!
*sigh* How the words of the "wise" (or at least fairly knowledgeable) are cast aside...
My statements regarding FOX hasn't changed; as you've mentioned, my expectations are quite low for this show right now, leaving them plenty of room to impress me.
Sure, they've made several decent shows, but they tend to be overshadowed by their other mediocre works.
As for which network should run this show, I haven't the foggiest idea.
I still don't feel FOX can handle a show like this, but I'm not exactly sure who could possibly pull it off...
