Ah, yeah, the multiboob would explain it. A different viewpoint would show that better unless this was part of a sequence.

From the looks of that yoga image it looks as if her weight is resting on her hips before being pulled back by her legs and distributed between her hands and feet. In your image the weight is distributed between her hands and her right knee, and her hands really don't look like they are holding her up.

There is an improvement in the face over the images you posted in october.
