If any of you have been following the work Girlfriends 4 Ever, then you could see how CG could be a definite replacement for live action transformations. Sure Girlfriends 4 Ever is Futanari, but the look of the thing is just amazing.
I could be wrong of course, but I think it's something to think about.

This, 100%.
Gryf's dolphin tf animation is hands down my favorite vid. The man is an animation genius, and I have no doubt with enough time and money, he could produce something 40x better than anything live-action. Don't get me wrong, live-action is great, but with animation, you're not quite as limited in terms of reality (special effects and props can only do so much), with the whole process and finished product far more believable-looking and smooth.
Plus, as has been pointed out, animation completely does away with the issue of someone not wanting to work inside the porn industry, and is signifcantly less expensive than live-action.
So, yeah, I second Rei-Lin's suggestion. It's both more practical and cost effective while delivering a quality return.
