Yeah, it's not BE.
"It's BE if it looks like it" If you want to go thinking that way, go for it. But that makes any little thing BE, when it's not. Things like drawing inconsistencies or already-large breasts escaping from small shirts; it's not literal BE, but it's worth mentioning in some sense. Maybe I'm biased because I usually get a little let-down when I see a thread, and all it is was that the artist drew them a tiny bit larger by accident.
