Sorry for having actual standards. BE means "Breast Expansion" as in there is some sort of enlargement or taking up of more room, not the moving around or displacement of boobie object.

The problem lies in that your "standards" are completely subjective.

By the very definition of a standard, standards cannot be subjective. Clearly, the very fact that we are all here arguing on our own basis on whether or not what we see here is BE or not...means that yes, this is entirely subjective, and therefore, not something you can introduce your so called "Standards" to.

Hmm. Now, by my opinion alone, it doesn't look like that girl was "BEd" at all. It looks like she was just thrusting her chest out which she had hidden/squished behind her book, and the shirt broke. Now, just because I say so, does that make it so? I guess so! So I guess we better take that thread down this very instant cuz that's not BE cuz I say so!

In conclusion, don't harp on me about standards. That's completely illogical. Just because *you* think something isn't BE doesn't make it so.

If you want to go thinking that way, go for it. But that makes any little thing BE, when it's not. Things like drawing inconsistencies or already-large breasts escaping from small shirts; it's not literal BE, but it's worth mentioning in some sense.

Maybe I'm biased because I usually get a little let-down when I see a thread, and all it is was that the artist drew them a tiny bit larger by accident.
