Pink Kryptonite

well since i got a pretty good response to the Batgirl BE i posted in my first post, i thought i would do a longer piece. this one features Supergirl.
the setup is a tad long but i think the payoff is worth it.

also i would like to know if anyone thinks my work is good enough that i should continue do produce it?

... I can't believe that I'm such a geek, my first thought upon encountering this awesome well done BE was to point out, "Pink Kryptonite is in continuity. It turns kryptonians gay, as shown in one issue of Peter David's Supergirl."

However, now that that work is done, sweet BE, man.

i'm actually enough of a geek that i thought about it and decided that i wouldn't have to pay attention to DCU continuity since i did this in the style of the cartoon which has its own continuity (hence the "not really cousins" part).

I love your comic, but I wouldn't have put the cousin incest. Even if it's not really the case, here, it's still screaming no for me. But the rest is perfect.

Seeing that it's the Bruce Timm design, she is the only one Supergirl of the DC Animated continuity and she is Superman's cousin keeped in cryosuspention on the "sister" planet of Krypton: "Argo" which get in a global hivernal era because of the explosion of Kripton and she was the only one survivor when +Clark found her.

In the DC comic last version of the story, Kara is simply the cousin of Superman who was saved by his father (brother of superman's father) in an other ship. It's still the story we all know. She was fully grown (and technically older than his brother) but her ship take off too late and because of Krypton explosion, it get sort of lost and only arrived on earth later (in the Batman/Superman comic) where Sup had grown older than her while she was kept at the same age through hibernation during her space travel.

so to be clear, i fully intended this Supergirl to be Kara In-Ze from Superman the Animated Series, who is not Superman's biological cousin, not Kara Zor-El from the comics who is.
