Sketchy Animation Test

Hey folks. I was playing around, trying to create a smooth animation with a minimum number of keyframes, and thought you might appreciate the resulting .gif, since it's relevant to our common interest.

This is exactly the type of work that I really enjoy. Thanks a lot Candide and I hope to see more of this type of work in the future. I need to start doing animations badly.

I'm actually not so sure about that. We are kinda used to seeing pics where clothing unnaturally hugs the entire contour of the breast, when really it would so something more like this.

Then again any breasts that size which are that parky aren't natural either so...

The animation is at a 3/4 view and from that angle the image looks spot on.

What framerate are you capping at?

That plays at about 8 FPS-- 2/3 of the standard rate for animation. Six of the eighteen frames are keyframes, meaning I really only drew at ~3 FPS. (My goal is/was to get 12 FPS animation with only 3 keyframes per second but without obvious tweening.)

Or was it done in something a bit cheaper than Flash? I know Flash and Photoshop have tweening in them... eh.
I sketched the frames in Photoshop and tweened them with FantaMorph. It made for an interesting effect.

Attached is another set of keyframes that I haven't had the time to tween yet. For this set, I just drew the original frame and used Photoshop's warp toolset to generate the subsequent frames. I'll post the final anim here when I get some free time. (Or if someone else wants to have a go at it, feel free!) ^_^
