The Fountain of Growth

Right now! It's a little on the short side, but here's the next chapter finally. Be prepared for new characters (and giantesses) in the next chapter.

Chapter 11: The Secret is Out

As Kiseki and Chikara walked back to town to get more water to match their friend’s size, they quickly ran to the corner with the fountain water and started filled up their water bottle again.

“Oh…if only there was a way to make things smaller automatically”, grieved Chikara as she poured water into the bottle that Maki previously held into it. “Like a reverse drink or something…”

“I sure hope so”, agreed Kiseki, noticing a size different between her and her fellow giantess friend. “Hmm? Hey, what’s going on!? Everything’s growing bigger…”

“It must’ve been long enough for you to return to normal size! Maki was right!” a relived Chikara cheered.

“That’s because we shrank you back to normal”, a voice said from behind a trash can. The normal sized Kiseki then lifted it up and saw two little figures before her. The two looked like little kids, no older than 5 or 6. One, a male, was dressed in a light blue shirt and jeans, and his shoes were plain white.
His hair was messy and black, and his eyes were green. He was also very skinny, and also looked a little annoyed as well. The other was a female, who wore a pink dress that went down to her knees. Her eyes were light blue, her hair long and pink, and she wore pink casual shoes as well. She was also fairly skinny, and she looked a little happy in comparison to her not-so-happy counterpart.

“Hmm? What are two little children doing here?” Kiseki asked as she picked up the girl in her arms, looking at her with a quicky glance. “Are you two kids lost?”

“We’re not kids. We’re demi-gods!” the boy yelled at the girl. “And we’re several thousands of years older than you, thank you very much!”

“Yep. We just choose these forms to hide our appearances. Plus, I think it’s cute”, the girl added, hugging Kiseki in her arms. “So you must be the lucky girl who found the fountain of water?”

“Um….yes…it seems so..”

“Excuse me, Mr. and Ms. Demi-God, but where did you come from? And what are your names?” Chikara asked of the two little “kids” below her. It was the female half of the duo who decided to speak up, placing her feet back on the ground below.

“I’m Pura, and that grumpy boy over there is my big brother, Resta!” she explained to the confused girls.

“We’re here to take back the last source of growing water on Earth”, Resta told the girls, also shrinking Chikara back to normal size. “Usually at this time we’d seal off the water and shrink whoever used it down to a fraction of the size they used to be…”

“But since you three girls used the fountain not for power or destruction, we’re going to be more lenient to you”, Pura further explained. “Now…there was a third girl with you too, wasn’t there?”

“Yeah. Maki Kurosaki”, Kiseki told the little demi-god. “She’s currently outside of the town’s baseball stadium crying to herself in frustration.”

“Well, we better get to her too. Come on, you two!” Resta demanded as he began to run to the stadium. “Hurry up!”

“Okay! Okay!” Kiseki mumbled. “Yeesh!”

“Um….brother, aren’t we forgetting something?” Pura asked of him. “Like sealing off the water?”

“You stay here and do that, Pura. You can do that by yourself, right? We've done it hundreds of times!”

“But…I’ve never done it without your help before…”she explained to him, looking a little teary-eyed. “Pleeeeeeease, Resta.”

Resta decided to stop running at that instant and hand the girls another item for them to carry with them to cure their friend’s size: a cookie. A regular, everyday, average-looking cookie.

“A cookie?!” Chikara remarked, confused greatly by it.

“Well, it’s not any regular cookie, obviously”, Resta sighed. “This is a cookie that will shrink whoever should shrink it back to normal size. Well, usually.”

“What do you mean ‘usually’?” Kiseki asked.

“It works 99.9% of the time. Because not everything works 100% of the time”, Resta explained with a slight giggle to his reply, the first time he smiled since he met Kiseki and Chikara.

“Well…okay. I’ll trust you, Resta”, Kiseki giggled in response as she placed the cookie in her left pocket, then hugging the boy. “Thank you so much.”

“Yeah, whatever. Now go help your friend before I change my mind”, he grumbled.

Kiseki then stopped hugging the lad, and she and Chikara ran off to cure their tall friend’s size. Unfortunately for them, they weren’t aware that they were far from the only ones who had encountered the fountain of water. And they would learn of thi sooner than they thought.

Well, here's a first: I'm putting up the chapter here before I do on writing.com! I'll fix any spelling errors or any things you see here later tonight (or tomorrow).

Chapter 12: Maki's Expanding Swim Team

Although it took them much longer than it would if they were still big, Kiseki and Chikara made it back to the stadium, only to notice a crowd of people around their 240+ foot tall friend. Families were taking pictures next to her, guys looked around her to see if she was real or a robot, and some just simply wanted autographs from the giantess. Overall Maki seemed a lot happier than before the two left to match her in height. She was smiling and laughing the whole time, it seemed. As they inched ever closer to their giantess friend, she was quite surprised by what they saw.

“Kiseki? Chikara? You guys are normal sized again!” a shocked Maki gasped as she leaned her head to the ground to get a better look at her friends. The now huge size difference between them and their friends caused Chikara to frantically get behind Maki quickly.

“Hi, Maki”, Kiseki began. “We finally found a way to restore your normal size.”

“Really? With what?”

“This”, she replied as she pulled out a normal-sized cookie. This prompted Maki (and some of the crowd around her) to laugh in response.

“A cookie!?” Maki snickered, trying to hold back her laughter. “You’re saying a store-bought cookie is going to make me small again? Where’d you get that idea from? ‘Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland’?” Maki then took the “normal” cookie and plopped it straight into her mouth. As it was barely the size of a crumb to her, it didn’t take too long to gulp it down.

“It’s pretty good for something this small”, Maki stated, not knowing that she was slowly shrinking in size, her clothes shrinking along with her. As she began to shrink, the crowd that once flocked to the tall, pretty girl began to leave, and she was confused as to why they were doing so. By the time Maki figured out that she was shrinking, it was already too late. And she was normal sized once again.

“Aw….I'm going to miss being big”, she sighed unhappily.

“That’s okay, Miss Maki. I still think you’re tall in my eyes”, Chikara tried to cheer the girl up by saying. Maki didn’t buy it, but she thought it was pretty funny to hear that from someone barely 2 inches taller than her.

“Well, I guess that’s the end of our being big”, Kiseki said, feeling relieved that she no longer had to watch her every movement. “I don’t think I want to be that big ever again!”

As if she was on cue for something, a large rumble began to shake the ground below Kiseki and her friends’ feet. At first they thought it was an earthquake…until they looked up in the sky and saw a 300 foot tall person a few hundred feet north from the stadium.

“Looks like someone else found the water”, Maki commented in a monotone manner.

“Oh great, more giants”, Chikara sighed. “As if this day wasn’t long enough for me…”

“Do you know who it is, Maki?” Kiseki asked as her friend squinted her eyes to get a better look.

“Hmm…..she seems to be about as tall, if not taller, than I was a few moments ago. She has long…purple hair, fairly full but kind of curly as well…”

As the giantess stepped closer and closer to the girls’ point of view, Maki began to easily make out more and more of the girl.

“…her eyes are light green, and she has a fairly skinny build…but a fairly large chest. Her legs are long and skinny, and she seems to be wearing a long, white dress.”

As the girl stepped ever closer, the three girls started to see her clearer and clearer as she moved forward. They eventually saw her face and found out who it was.

“Is that…Miyabi?” Chikara asked Kiseki and Maki, squinting her eyes as well to see the giantess from afar.

“It DOES look like her, now that you mention it”, Maki added.

“Um…..who’s Miyabi?” Kiseki asked, feeling so confused that she could have put a literal question mark above her head at that moment.

“Miyabe Toniguchi. She’s also on my swim team at school”, Maki explained. “She’s a very nice girl, though her boyfriend often makes her do weird or embarrassing things."

“Eh? Then why does she continue to be his girlfriend?” the confused Kiseki asked Maki.

“Because despite his weird demands, he’s a relatively nice guy. He’s never cheated on her, and the two even celebrate holidays and their own birthdays together. They’ve been together since apparently elementary school, and are practically inseparable.”

“Aw, that’s kind of cute”, Kiseki said as Miyabe approached the girls closer and closer, now only 150 feet or so away from them. As she proceeded forward to the trio, she kept scratching her head in frustration, wondering what to do or where to go next. When she finally got close enough to them, she sat down on the ground on her butt, extending out her extremely long legs as she did so (being careful to not have them collide with anything on the ground below her).

“Good afternoon, Maki”, Miyabi said to her friend as she picked her up and placed her on her lap, quickly doing the same for Kiseki and Chikara. “How are you?”

“Um…..fine, thank you”, Maki nervously replied, kind of shocked by the height difference between her and Miyabi. Now she knew how Kiseki and Chikara felt a little while ago.

“Seems that I, too, have found the fountain of growth. I guess I’m not the only one…”, Miyabi sighed as she played with Maki’s hair with her right pinky finger.

“What do you mean ‘not the only one’?” a worried Maki asked her, watching Miyabi’s expression change from sad to worried.

“Um…..well, you see……” Miyabi hesitated to say, pausing for a very long time before she continued.

“Well, what?! WHAT!? TELL ME, TONIGUCHI!!” Maki screamed in demand, watching her fellow teammate scream in shocked reply.

“I’m sorry, Maki, but Mayumi and Mizuno have found it about the water as well and may be in the process of becoming bigger, too!”

“Oh crap…”, Maki sighed. Like with Miyabi, the two girls were also a part of Maki’s swim team. But whereas Miyabi was a sweetheart of a girl, Mizuno was the exact opposite. The 5 foot 4, fairly endowed, black-haired, blue-eyed beauty had the best swimming skills on the team, but she resented Maki and was unsatisfied when she lost to her at a big swimming championship a few months ago. She also made it a point to deride and belittle anyone smaller than her, especially Maki. Mayumi, on the other hand, was as gentle as a feather, kind and forgiving. She was also quite the beauty, with medium-length, gorgeous brown hair and pretty, hazel colored eyes, with legs that looked like a supermodel’s. She was also very tall at the height of 5 feet and 9 inches, and she had one of the biggest chests in the entire school. However, she was extremely clumsy when it came to memorization and eye coordination (she often didn’t wear the glasses she was prescribed to), and she was arguably one of the worst swimmers on the entire team, if not the worst. Still, there were times when she managed to show some surprisingly great swimming skills, and her swimming prowess seemed to shine quite brightly in tournaments and other competitions. Plus, her beauty helped gathered up attendance from the male students of the school. But when it came to swim practice, she may as well have been swimming inside a bathtub. Maki froze in fear of their being taller, let alone giantesses.

“Maki? What’s wrong? You’re sweating quite a bit”, Kiseki asked her friend, attempting to hand her over a tissue to wipe her sweat off her face (which she greatly took).

“Um….we may have a little trouble here…”, Maki replied, looking a little worried. “Miyabe, do you still have some of the water that made you grow?”

“No….I only gathered what I got to help Miss Mizuno grow....she forced me to get water for her, but I ended up spilling it on myself. At first it made my breasts grow, so much that I fell straight to the ground! I had to grow the rest of my body to counter my grown breasts, but it seems I used too much…and now I’m like this..”

Miyabe then stood up on her feet once more, reaching her left hand out to Kiseki, Maki, and Chikara. The three quickly climbed on it and soon found themselves in her dress pocket, located directly above the girl’s bellybutton area.

“L-L-Let’s go find Miss Mizuno”, Miyabi meekly muttered.

“You can do it, Miyabi!” Kiseki cheered the giantess on.

“Yeah!” Chikara added, making the giant girl feel a little better. Maki simply gave the girl a thumbs up.

“Thank you so much, everyone! Let’s go!!” she said with a lot more confidence in her voice, running (albeit fairly slowly) to the town. They would (hopefully) find Mizuno there…and perhaps Mayumi as well.

Well, it took a little longer than usual, but here's chapter 13 for all of you. Once again, any suggestion (other than "make them bigger") for future ideas would be appreciated.

Chapter 13: The Four M's: Maki, Miyabi, Mizuno, and Mayumi

As they absorbed the bad news Miyabi gave to them, Kiseki and her friends were soon visited once again by Resta and Pura, who had just finished closing off the fountain that caused growth off from the town. The two looked satisfied and relieved, and were about to say their goodbyes to the trio until they saw the 300 foot tall girl behind them..

"Oh man! I KNEW this was going to happen! You weren't the only ones who found it, were you!?" a ticked Resta yelled at Miyabe who, despite her size, winced in reply.

"I'm so sorry! Please don't hurt me!" the cowardly giantess begged, even getting on her knees and apologizing for stumbling on the fountain. Resta then got on the girl's right knee and sighed.

"Well I can tell that you aren't the violent type, either. You weren't put up to this, were you?"

"Well....", the shy giantess began as she told Resta and his sister everything that happened in the last hour or so in her life. Either were very thrilled by the news.

"Eh!? You're saying a mean girl and a kltuzy swimmer found the water, too!?" Pura regurgitated back to Miyabe, wondering if she was correct. "Resta, we have to hurry!"

"Yeah. There's no telling what a mean girl like that could do with that kind of water", Resta nodded in agreement, with Kiseki, Maki, and Chikara running none too far behind them as they headed off to town.


Meanwhile, with Mayumi...

Instead of growing herself, Mayumi took a bottle of he growth water home and began to experiment with thing around the house. Forks, plates, napkins...it amused her greatly to see everything grow 10 times their size and then some. She even tried it on her little, black puppy, who grew to the size of a full-grown dog...and stood nearly 8 feet tall on his hind legs! Even his licks were super-sized to the girl, so much that she had to wipe her face off with a towel after a few moments of her dog's licking.

Mayumi's next destination point was her room, which was full of stuffed animals that she kept ahold of ever since she was a little girl. She giggled with glee as she grew her kitten, rabbit, and kangaroo dolls to jumbo size, some almost as tall as herself now. Like with Kiseki earlier, she even tried the water out on her pillows, watching as they grew to overshadow her own bed in height and width. Mayumi's room was now very crowded, but it was also full of cute, giant pillows and dolls. She was ecstatic as she hugged her giant rabbit, which seemed bigger to her now than it ever did as a little girl..


Meanwhile, with Mizuno...

Now back at her home, wearing a black tank-top and dark blue shorts, Mayumi walked away satisfied with the massive amount of the water in her possession, which was enough to fill up several pools in the neighborhood. She placed one-fourth of the water in her backyard's own underground swimming pool, which was about 15 feet in length and 20 feet in width (and part of the reason Mayumi became the great swimmer she was today...she often practiced in the pool even during the fall and early winter!). And to think she used Miyabi to get all of it, as Mizuno was unsure of whether or not she wanted to grow to a bigger size at the time. For about 5 seconds.

"So...how does this work?" Mizuno asked herself as she placed the ribbon in her hair into the pool, watching it slowly grow in size to that of a very long scarf...and the longest ribbon she had ever seen. It had to be at least 20 feet long now, and as she picked it up carefully with her hands from the water, she placed it on the ground to see how long it stretched. It was almost as long as the pool itself, much to Mizuno's amazement.

Speaking of things that were to Mayumi's amazement, she noticed that her hands felt much heavier than earlier. It seemed that she got some water on her hands as she pulled the ribbon from her pool, and the girl could only watch as her gigantic hands collapsed to the ground, now about 15 times the size (and weight) they used to be. It felt like she was carrying 100 pound weights in both hands.

"Well...now I know how it works", the annoyed swimmer sighed to herself as she dragged her arms in the water as well to counter the size difference, but they grew so much (and so heavy) that she found it impossible to lift them up with her normal sized figure. Soon enough the rest of her body fell in the water, and Mizuno found herself accidentally drinking up the water in the pool, feeling fairly sick afterwards...and dizzy.

"Ugh.....what's happening to me??" the dizzy girl asked herself as the rest of her body shot up in height to match her bigger arms and hands, beginning with her neck, which stretched to the sky like a giraffe. Next came her hair, which covered her head up temporarily before it grew in size to match her bigger hair. Then came her feet, which grew one tow at a time, her legs soon following their example. Then came her torso's growth, which was followed up by the growth of her butt, eyes, ears, lips, and then lastly her chest.

When all was said and done, Mizuno couldn't even see her own pool anymore. No, her backyard. Heck, she could barely see her house. The once 5 foot 4 girl was now an amazing 400 feet tall, her clothes miraculously intact despite her growth. Instead of being upset by this recent development, though, Mizuno got an awful idea to do with her newfound size. She got a wonderful, awful idea.


Back with Kiseki, Maki, Chikara, Miyabi and the demi-gods..

The six had successfully made it back to the town, only to not notice anything the matter with it. Everything was still standing still, and nothing seemed bigger or out of place. Perhaps thy were wrong to think something wrong had happened? That's what everyone hoped for, anyway...until they noticed a huge shadow illuminating over the entire town.

And what a shadow! It turned out to be none other than Mizuno herself, now at a thunderous 2,000 feet tall, making even Miyabi looked little more than doll size, and Kiseki and the rest look like mere specks. As she rached out her hand to Maki, she lifted up to her own eye level an stared at her "tiny" collegue. To her Maki was small before, but now she could barely make her out at her gigantic size. And this made her laugh, which rumbled in Maki's ears like an earthquake.

"What do you want, Mizuno!?" Maki yelled at the girl, who snickered in response.

"Oh....from you? Nothing. I just came to gather more water and become the world's most beautiful, wonderful goddess of size!"

Before she could continue, she was greeted by the sight of Resta and Pura, who grew in size to about 700 feet or so tall each, but still high enough in the air as to not hurt anything below them.

"I don't think so", teased Resta, sticking out his tongue at the girl. "We sealed off the fountain's water supply. You won't get so much as a single drop more from it!"

This did not amuse Mizuno whatsoever, and she violently starting shaking the boy in response to what he just explained to her. She then threw him on the ground extremely hard, his back even leaving a dent on the ground below him.

"Resta!!!" Pura cried, tears rolling down her eyes as her face changed from sad to pissed. Her face was glowing dark red in anger, and the girl started to change both in size and in age. Where once stood a tall, but child-like girl was now a 5,000 foot tall woman with long, pink hair, wearing a long, red dress that touched the ground (which was complimented by red high heels and a pair of long, slender legs).

"Wait!! Wh-wh-what are you...!?"

"I'm Pura, and that was my brother Resta you just hurt! Typically we restrain our powers to prevent our identities as demi-gods from being revealed, but that little act just cost you dearly! Be prepared to be squashed like a bug!"

Pura then began to clap her hands together, concentrating hard on Mizuno as she imagined her shrinking further and further in size. And while she was, indeed, shrinking in size, it seemed to only partially work, as Mizuno was still a large 1,000 feet tall. Not as tall as before, but still more than a threat to those around her..and still taller than any other human or animal on the planet. Pura, meanwhile, collapsed on the ground below her, shrinking back down to barely 3 feet tall, not looking no older than 3 or 4 years old. Her brother slowly shrank in size to match that of her own.

"Pura!! Resta!!" Kiseki cried as she ran over to the two fallen demi-gods, holding them in her arms and hugging them. "Please be okay!!!"

"We're all right", Resta replied, brushing his hand through Kiseki's hair. "We're just...weak."

"But we can still help you", Pura added, pulling out four pieces off oddly shaped fruit snacks. "Each one of you eat this...it will allow you to grow to any height you imagine. Be aware, though, that you can only change your height once a minute, and you can't grow any taller than 1,000 feet..."

"Is that why you collapsed when you grew to 5,000 feet?" Maki asked, looking worried for the fatigued children beside her.

"Y-y-yes...", Pura replied, slowly standing up. "Now quick! Eat them up!"

Kiseki and her friends did as they were told and quickly ate them up. The four girls then imagine themselves growing to 1,000 feet each in height, the process being a slow but steady one. This was all watched by a very amused Mizuno, who seemed interested in pinning down these four girls one by one with her own hands.

"So...we finally see eye-to-eye, Kurosaki!" Mizuno laughed. "Ready to get your ass handed to you?!"

"Nope!" Maki responded with confidence. "And I'l wipe that smirk off your damn face! Both for this town, and for tricking Miyabi into all of this!"

"Oh please! Don't mention that scatterbrain. She only agreed to gather up the water because I threatened her."

"W-w-wait...what?" Maki asked, her eyebrows lowered down. "You threatened her?"

"Yep. Know how that wimp was worried recently that she was being cheated on by another girl? Well who do you think he's been seeing for the last two months?"

"N-N-No.....", Miyabi cried in anger. "You're lying!"

"Nope. And the best part is...you never knew! For two months you were completely oblivious to it all. And all because I kept bribing him with things he wanted! And he fell for it EV-E-RY SIN-GLE TIIIIIME."

"You're lying!" Miyabi yelled in anger. "Please tell me you're lying, Miyabi-san!!"

"Noooooope", she replied again, laughing to herself momentarily...until she was uppercutted in the face by an angry Miyabi.

"YOU'RE LYING!! KEIICHI WOULD NEVER BETRAY ME!!" Miyabi screamed as she pinned Mizuno to the ground.

"Only one way to find out...", Mizuno teased the angry girl as she stood back up on her feet again. Before she continued, though, she pulled out one last source of the fountain water and drank it down. And before their eyes Mizuno began to grow again back to the 5,000 foot size she was earlier!

"Think you can stop me now!?" she asked non-rhetorically to the four giantesses below her. "Let's play, then!"

Oh crap... Chikara sighed to herself. I think I just wet my panties...again.

Maybe something with Mizunos growth goes wrong, she looses control or something, since she swallowed quite much of the stuff. Btw. does she wear shoes and socks?
What else? Get rid of these little demigod bastards, those sportspoils allready ruined a perfect growth, and they should break the fontain open again.

Oh I just thought of something! Maybe the girls Resta and her friends would be allowed to use some of the growth water after they beat that bitch, but instead of having to drink it (or whatever) they could have a special in their body and be allowed to change size.

Just a thought though.
