An MMORPG.
Closest thing I found is Dream of Mirrors Online, which just has a breast slider when you create your characters  (Trust me, it's not that fantastic) Though you can also slide your height and stuff with that. Shame the only size-changing items in the game don't affect your breasts.So, it's really not that close, but whatever ): At least I got to play around in Metric G cups.
