What Would Be Your Perfect BE Game

An RPG-style game akin to Princess Maker or Monster Rancher, where you pretty much treat the character like a pet and manage their activities, feed them, and manage their lives, with character personality thrown in, too, to make things interesting and have secondary characters appear to offer items or services, or to "provide extra training" which may/not be good.

There was some Japanese game where you clicked on buttons and attempted to get different body combinations to unlock new images, but it lacked actual process and each game session felt very short anyway.

Whether or not it's 3D? I don't think that matters, but 2D definitely opens up the boundaries for bizarre sexual situations that would simply require quadruple the effort to reproduce in 3D.
