Fair enough... I must admit, I was thinking about Fallout 3 just before I wrote that sex-and-violence thing.
Hmm... Your mention of breasts being larger than their owner made me think of a new game concept. Y'know how in some RTS games there are construction-type units that 'deploy' and become buildings? I'm sure there's some way BE could be used, there. Of course, such a game would probably need lactation (for resources) and pregnancy (for new units), so it might not be for everyone. Oh, and the violent content thing wouldn't necessarily be a good idea, either... maybe the goal could be to nonviolently capture and convert people (or sex-hating genderless aliens) to your cause, or something.
On balance, I think the princess-maker game has more potential. Ah, well.
